Major renovation projects are concluding this summer at three hotels owned by Host Hotels & Resorts®. Detailed renovation features include:
Marriot Marquis San Diego Marina
The newly developed Marriott Hall at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina opened June 2016. This new facility, designed to be LEED Silver BD+C: New Construction and is currently undergoing the certification process, includes two ballrooms with grand foyers, an outdoor event space, and a landscaped marina walk.

Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport
The repositioning at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport features revamped guestrooms, new ballrooms, and a redesigned central atrium including a bar and restaurant.

Remodeled guestrooms, a new M Club Lounge, and a redesigned lobby, check-in and fitness center were unveiled in June 2016 as part of phase 1 of construction at Denver Marriott Tech Center.
