Host has once again been named to Barron’s second annual list of the 10 Most Sustainable REITs.

 

Barron’s partnered with Calvert Research and Management to analyze the 93 largest REITs by market value before ultimately naming the top 10 as the country’s most sustainable. Each company was analyzed based on performance across five key areas of sustainability: shareholders, employees, customers, community and the planet.

 

Host ranked No. 2 on the list and was the only lodging REIT to be included.
