For Host’s annual holiday giving project, our service team partnered with Central Union Mission to help make the holidays a little brighter for 70 children in need in our local community. Through the generosity of our employees, we fulfilled their holiday wish lists and gifted each child a cozy winter coat, hat and gloves.

On Tuesday, December 10, employees from every department across the company gathered together at a holiday party to wrap these gifts, which were hand-delivered to Central Union Mission in Washington, D.C.

We also made an additional monetary donation to Central Union Mission in support of their work. Central Union Mission provides comprehensive, transformational programs and services—including emergency housing, hot meals, medical care, workforce training and education, life skills classes, counseling and more—to homeless and underprivileged men, women and children in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
